My studio is my happy place and where you can always find me!

My subjects are everyday people doing everyday things . I take inspiration from other cultures and their daily rituals and routines. My love for Africa plays a special part in my work. I first visited when i was 15 to Kenya. I was mesmerised by the people, the beauty of their culture and the stunning landscape.

In 2019 I visited Ethiopia with Create Impact an NGO working hand in hand with remote communities in Ethiopia to provide education, water and health care projects that create a lasting impact.

I visited The Northern Territory, Australia and Cook Islands in 2023 and recently Greece in 2024.

Travel is my passion and i believe with travel that your mind becomes bigger and enables you to see differently, to be inclusive, to broaden our thinking, to be human.

Travelling is as much about the journey as it is the destination.

If I wasnt painting i would be travelling!
